Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jade Taylor Boutique. We understand that occasionally you may need to return items that you have purchased from us. Therefore, we have outlined our returns policy below.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear, or earrings, unless they are faulty.

To start the return process, please email us at info@jadetaylorboutique.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will then provide you with a returns address and further instructions. Please note that the cost of return postage will be your responsibility, except in cases where the item is faulty.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when returning items to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit.
