Please ensure that the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear, or earrings, unless they are faulty.

We will then provide you with a returns address and further instructions. Please note that the cost of return postage will be your responsibility, except in cases where the item is faulty.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
